Henry M. Price provides a wide range of legal services to small and medium sized businesses. He has more than 15 years of experience representing businesses in all stages of development, from incorporation to operations to dissolution.
Mr. Price's litigation experience includes handling trials and appeals in both state and federal courts. His subject area experience is broad-based and includes business incorporation, labor and employment issues, shareholder disputes, consumer fraud, contract law, intellectual property (including litigating patent and trademark matters), commercial real estate transactions and insurance law.
Mr. Price received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1990 and was the recipient of the Chief Justice Richard J. Hughes Prize. He has an A.B. in English Literature from the University of Michigan.
